Fancy’s refund and returns policy, because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vibrators And Dildos
• Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs
• Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves
• Gags And Ropes
• Lingerie And Men’s Wear

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. Lubes, massage oils, condoms, body paints and body jewelry are also not returnable.

Defective Products

If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department and they can help expedite your submission and process of replacement through the manufacturer warranty. You can also go directly to the manufacturer and submit your request for a replacement.

Incorrect Item Shipped

If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Before sending any item back to Fancy’s Toy Store within 60 days of purchase to start the exchange process, please obtain a return authorization number (RA#).

Incorrect Product Ordered

To protect the our health and that of our customers, we cannot exchange toys or intimate apparel (such as lingerie, thongs, massagers, etc.) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product.

Change of Mind

All sales are final. Items purchased, once the shipping box has been opened, may not be returned or exchanged.
